  • A one-on-one skype/zoom planning session to determine the best approach for your pitch.

  • Revising and/or writing/editing/fine-tuning all elements of pitch submission (synopsis, elevator pitch, author bio, query letter).

  • Fine-tuning each pitch submission according to requirements of each agent.

  • Uploading all pitch elements to Query Tracker or Submittable (many agents use these platforms for submissions).

  • If the agent accepts pitches via email I will work with you to make certain the email is pitch-perfect and contains all required elements​.

  • Up to 35 applicable and viable agents—i.e. agents who are actively accepting queries in your genre at this time (please note agents often open/close queries throughout the year therefore the database will list agents who are open to submissions at the time of the pitch).

  • Average response time of agency.

  • Submission guidelines per agent (agency).

  • Breakdown of what each agent is looking for.

  • Bio of each agent.
