I’m just as good at author branding, digital advertising campaigns, stylish and striking book promo videos, Amazon advertising services, website design and management, and book production management, cover design, book formatting and interior book design.

Here's the fun stuff about me:

​

I grew up in the 1980s so my cultural touchstones flow from there. I love Duran Duran, David Bowie, Prince,

Madonna (cuz '80s) and so many others.

 

My favourite Hollywood classic movie is All About Eve (The Phildelphia Story, Casablanca, and On the Waterfront are up there too). Run Lola Run  is my favourite indie movie and Cinema Paradiso is my favourite movie of all time. And finally, Seinfeld is my favorite TV show of all time (in my opinion the best TV comedy show of all time. Golden Girls is up there too).

 

I love chamomile tea, matcha, (basically any tea), eggplant parmigiana, retro 1950s eyewear, toques (I'm Canadian). My favourite season is autumn (sweater weather!).

 

My background is Italian and I am the daughter of immigrants and proud to be so.

I love a splendid opening sentence, characters I wish were my friends in real life, a freakin' amazing plot twist, and a story that stays with me for days.

Now for the "biz" stuff:

 

I have a Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University (Ottawa, Canada) and MA in the field of Canadian Cultural Studies with a specialty in film. 

 

I’ve worked in print, broadcast radio, TV, and film, and was a movie critic for CBC Radio Canada.

I'm a life-long learner and over the years have expanded my knowledge, skills, and abilities on many platforms — if it’s used in indie publishing then I know how to use it.
